Memphis, TN (SportsNetwork.com) - Zach Randolph posted 19 points and 12 rebounds to guide the Memphis Grizzlies to a 94-85 win over the Orlando Magic at FedExForum.

Jon Leuer added 16 points and 12 rebounds off the bench while Mike Conley finished with 13 points and seven assists for the Grizzlies, who had dropped five of seven entering the contest.

Nick Calathes donated a career-high eight assists in the triumph.

Andrew Nicholson poured in 19 points along with 11 rebounds and four blocks and Jameer Nelson added 19 points and five assists for the Magic, losers in six straight.

Arron Afflalo added 17 points and Glen Davis finished with 16 points and nine rebounds in the setback.

"It's at the point where we can't even be mad. I'll never get used to losing. We just have to move on to the next game. I'm not paying much attention to anything other than the scoreboard right now," Afflalo said.

Early in the first, Jerryd Bayless buried an open 3-ball to ignite a 14-6 swing to put Memphis in front 18-10 with 3:47 left in the opening frame.

The Magic narrowed the gap to two points with a quick 6-0 burst, but a Leuer tip-in, followed by a Conley trey made it 23-16 after 12 minutes.

The Grizzlies scored 14 straight points to open the second frame, with Leuer capping the flurry with a triple. Nicholson stopped the bleeding with a hook shot, but the Magic managed just 12 more points the rest of the way and Memphis owned a 51-30 lead entering the break.

Orlando pulled within 54-40 as Nicholson canned a triple, but the Grizzlies pushed their spread back to 19, 62-43, as Calathes blew by a defender for an easy layup.

Nelson drilled a 3 with 16 seconds left in the third to make it 70-60, but Jamaal Franklin added a trey of his own as time expired to give Memphis a 73-60 edge entering the final stanza.

"I always preached every day I just wanted to make sure I stayed ready when my name was called and when my opportunity came I wanted to make the best of it and that's what I wanted to do tonight," said Franklin, who finished with a career-high eight points.

Nicholson's jumper with 5:33 got the Magic with in single digits and Davis made it an 87-83 game with his putback layup off an Afflalo miss, but the Grizzlies outscored Orlando 7-2 the rest of the way to seal the win.

Prior to the game, Memphis learned that swingman Quincy Pondexter will miss the rest of the season with a stress fracture in his foot ... The Memphis bench outscored the Orlando reserves by a 38-4 margin. Jason Maxiell accounted for all four of the Magic's bench points ... The Grizzlies had a 40-24 advantage in points on the paint and outrebounded Orlando by a 52-35 margin ... Magic center Nikola Vucevic missed his fourth consecutive game with a sprained left ankle.
