Englewood, CO (SportsNetwork.com) - Denver Broncos head coach John Fox reportedly received a new three-year contract with the team.

The Denver Post reports Fox's deal is worth $5 million to $6 million per year.

Fox engineered the Broncos to the Super Bowl last season before the team lost to the Seattle Seahawks.

The 59-year-old, who became head coach of the Broncos in January 2011, has guided the team to a 37-17 mark, including playoffs. The Broncos have won three AFC West titles in as many of his seasons under Fox's guidance.

Fox underwent an aortic valve replacement during last season. Defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio served as interim head coach in Fox's absence.
