Buffalo, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - The Buffalo Sabres recalled forward Luke Adam and defenseman Brayden McNabb from the Rochester Americans of the American Hockey League (AHL) on Wednesday.

In 25 career NHL games, all with Buffalo in 2011-12, McNabb has recorded one goal and seven assists for eight points. Through 15 games this season with Rochester, he leads all defensemen with 12 points on two goals and 10 assists.

Adam comes to the Sabres after leading the Americans with 18 points on 13 goals and five assists. In a brief four-game stint with the Sabres last season, he had one goal.
