Buffalo Bills rookie quarterback EJ Manuel is active and will start Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Manuel hasn't played since spraining his right knee against Cleveland on Oct. 3. Rookie Jeff Tuel, who started last week's 23-13 loss to Kansas City, is among the seven inactive players for Buffalo. The Bills also have made wide receiver Robert Woods, cornerback Justin Rogers, running back Ronnie Wingo, defensive back Brandon Smith, linebacker Ty Powell and guard Antoine McClain inactive.
Wide receiver Derek Moye, cornerback DeMarcus Van Dyke, quarterback Landry Jones, tight end Richard Gordon, nose tackle Hebron Fangupo and linebackers Kion Wilson and Chris Carter are inactive for the Steelers.
