Liverpool, England (SportsNetwork.com) - Luis Suarez scored on either side of the intermission on Saturday as Liverpool rolled to a comfortable 4-0 thrashing of Fulham at Anfield.

Following a 4-1 rout of West Bromwich Albion on October 26, Liverpool was brought back to reality a bit after a 2-0 loss against league leaders Arsenal last week at the Emirates Stadium.

The Reds challenge this week was rebounding in the proper fashion against Fulham and they got off to a flying start 23 minutes in when a corner kick off the boot of captain Steven Gerrard hit off the arm of Fulham defender Fernando Amorebieta for an own goal.

Three minutes later the visitors were again burned on a set piece as Reds defender Martin Skrtel got a free header away and powered it past goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg.

Suarez netted his first of the afternoon in the 36th minute after he ran onto a well-placed through ball from Jordan Henderson and slotted it low to the far corner.

After the break, Suraez completed his brace in the 54th minute after he accepted a pin-point pass from Gerrard and ripped it home to finish the rout.

Liverpool pulls to within two points of Arsenal, who face Manchester United on Sunday at Old Trafford, while Fulham remains on 10 points, just two clear of the drop zone.

London, England - Chelsea was bailed out by a late penalty from Eden Hazard on Saturday as the Blues escaped with a 2-2 draw against West Bromwich Albion at Stamford Bridge.

Jose Mourinho's club struck first on the stroke of halftime as Samuel Eto'o buried one from close range to give the Blues the lead at the break.

But West Brom fought back in the second half via goals from Shane Long and Stephane Sessegnon eight minutes apart to give the Baggies a 2-1 lead with just over 20 minutes to play.

But deep in stoppage time, Chelsea caught a major break when Ramires worked his way into the penalty area and was taken down by West Brom's Steven Reid, resulting in a penalty kick.

Hazard stepped up and calmly buried it to save a point for Chelsea, which improved to 21 points this season.

After a scoreless opening 45 minutes, Villa finally found its breakthrough in the 76th minute through midfielder Leandro Bacuna, who blasted an impeccable free kick into the top right corner.

Villa then finished the job six minutes from time when Libor Kozak fired one home to send the Villans to their fourth win of the campaign.

Norwich City 3, West Ham 1

Norwich, England - Robert Snodgrass's inch-perfect free kick proved to be the winner on Saturday as Norwich City earned a crucial 3-1 win over West Ham United at Carrow Road.

Coming off a 7-0 thumping at the hands of Manchester City, Norwich struggled to get into the game in the first half and paid for it as Ravel Morrison gave West Ham the lead in the 32nd minute.

But the Canaries found an equalizer in the 53rd minute after Gary Hooper converted a penalty kick. Snodgrass's moment of brilliance came 18 minutes from time when he whipped a beautiful curling free kick into the right side netting, leaving Hammers goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen rooted to his spot.

Leroy Fer put the result away with a goal in stoppage time, sending the Canaries to their second win of the season, while West Ham falls to 16th place, one clear of the bottom three.

Crystal Palace 0, Everton 0
