Baltimore Ravens receiver Deonte Thompson is being tested for a possible concussion after being hurt in a 23-20 loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

Coach John Harbaugh said it was too early to determine the severity of the injury because Thompson was still being evaluated. Thompson was hurt in the fourth quarter after making a 33-yard catch along the right sideline.

As he made the catch, Thompson was hit by safety Jim Leonhard, who was penalized for hitting a defenseless receiver.

The Ravens (2-2) are already missing starting receiver Jacoby Jones (knee) and starting tight end Dennis Pitta (hip).

Receiver Marlon Brown and cornerback Lardarius Webb both did not return after hurting their thighs. Harbaugh said both players are being evaluated.
