Jordan Cameron bristles when his basketball-playing past comes up. He's an NFL tight end, and that's a slam dunk.

Cameron, who played hoops at Brigham Young and walked on to USC's team, has quickly developed into one of the Browns' top offensive players. Last week, the 6-foot-5, 252-pounder tied a team record with three touchdown catches as Cleveland stunned the Minnesota Vikings.

A fourth-round pick in 2011, Cameron has 20 catches through three games, matching his total from last season. Cameron has worked hard at developing his skills as a tight end, but admits he's far from a finished product.

Cameron may be following former basketball players Antonio Gates of San Diego and Jimmy Graham of New Orleans onto the football field, but he wants to be known for much more.
