Chicago Sky forward Elena Delle Donne and Brittney Griner of the Phoenix Mercury headline the 2013 WNBA All-Rookie Team.
Also voted to the list by a panel of the league's 12 head coaches were Alex Bentley from the Atlanta Dream, Kelsey Bone from the New York Liberty and Skylar Diggins of the Tulsa Shock.
Delle Donne, the No. 2 overall pick out of Delaware, was already voted the WNBA's Rookie of the Year after leading all first-year players in scoring average (18.1 ppg), free throw percentage (.929), 3-point field-goal percentage (.438) and minutes played (31.4 mpg), while placing second in rebounds (5.6 ppg) and blocks (1.8 bpg).
Griner, taken first overall after a dominant career at Baylor, finished at the top of the rookie class in blocks (3.0 bpg), rebounds (6.3 rpg) and field goal percentage (.556, fourth in the league overall). She was the only rookie other than Delle Donne to average double-digit scoring, posting 12.6 points per contest.
A second-round pick out of Penn State, Bentley ranked fourth among rookies in scoring (8.3 ppg), third in assists (2.8 apg) and third in steals (1.0 spg) as she helped the Dream to a playoff berth.
Bone, taken with the fifth overall selection from Texas A&M, was the only rookie aside from Griner with multiple double-doubles, posting two on the season (15 points, 11 rebounds on July 31 at Washington; 11/10 on Aug. 11 at Atlanta).
The Notre Dame product Diggins, taken third overall, led all rookies in assists (3.8 apg) and steals (1.28 spg) while ranking third in scoring at 8.5 ppg.
