The Arizona Cardinals declared Larry Fitzgerald questionable for this weekend's game at New Orleans due to a sore left hamstring that hindered the standout wide receiver in the team's most recent outing.

Fitzgerald was held out of both Wednesday and Thursday's practices to rest the injury, but did take part in Friday's session on a limited basis.

The seven-time Pro Bowl honoree was held to two catches for 33 yards in last week's win over Detroit before sitting out much of the second half, but told reporters Thursday he expects to play.

Arizona also listed starting running back Rashard Mendenhall questionable with a toe problem, though the team's official site stated Friday that the offseason addition stands a good chance of being active. Like Fitzgerald, Mendenhall was a limited participant Friday after missing the previous two days of practice.

The Cardinals will get tight end Rob Housler back in the lineup following a two-game absence caused by a high ankle sprain, terming him probable to face the Saints.

Rookie linebacker Kevin Minter (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest.
