Rex Ryan says there's "frustration" over his New York Jets turning the ball over four times and not being able to pull out a victory over the New England Patriots.
Ryan also pointed to the "way too many" dropped passes — at least six of them — in the Jets' 13-10 loss on Thursday night. Rookie quarterback Geno Smith also threw three fourth-quarter interceptions, but Ryan says in a conference call Friday that he was impressed by the fact Smith showed poise throughout a rough performance.
Ryan says Nick Mangold's dive at Aqib Talib's legs near the sideline that set off a skirmish at the end of the game wasn't intentional. Mangold and fellow offensive linemen Willie Colon and D'Brickashaw Ferguson — both ejected — could face league discipline.
