Seattle Seahawks starting cornerback Brandon Browner is listed as doubtful for Sunday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers.

Browner's hamstring injury kept him out of last Sunday's season opener against the Carolina Panthers.

If Browner can't go, Walter Thurmond will get his second straight start at cornerback.

Defensive end Chris Clemons, who tore the anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus in his knee in the wild-card round last year, is listed as questionable.

Fellow defensive end Cliff Avril is expected to make his Seahawks debut Sunday after missing last Sunday's game with a hamstring injury.

Defensive tackle Jordan Hill (biceps) has been ruled out, while safety Jeron Johnson (hamstring) is doubtful.
