Buffalo Bills cornerback Ron Brooks and rookie wide receiver/kick returner Marquise Goodwin will be sidelined indefinitely after suffering injuries in Sunday's loss to New England.

Brooks sustained a broken foot and Goodwin suffered a fractured hand that required surgery.

The 24-year-old Brooks will also require surgery for his broken foot.

"He's going to be out for some time, but he's going to have foot surgery (Tuesday) and then we'll know the exact amount of time," Bills coach Doug Marrone said of Brooks. "But it's still not a season-ending injury, but he will be out for some time."

Brooks missed the first seven games of last season due to a broken foot.

The injury leaves Buffalo with just four healthy cornerbacks. Starter Stephon Gilmore remains sidelined with a fractured wrist that caused him to miss Sunday's opener.
