Steelers rookie running back Le'Veon Bell and veteran tight end Heath Miller will have to wait at least one week before making their season debuts.

Bell and Miller are both inactive for Sunday's opener against Tennessee. Bell is dealing with a sprained right foot while Miller is recovering from offseason knee surgery.

Isaac Redman will start in place of Bell, while David Paulson will start in place of Miller. Rookie QB Landry Jones, CB Antwon Blake, OL Cody Wallace, DT Hebron Fangupo and LB Vince Williams are also inactive for Pittsburgh.

Tennessee rookie linebacker Zaviar Gooden is inactive while he deals with an ankle injury. WR Michael Preston, WR Justin Hunter, OL Brian Schwenke, OL Brian Stingily, DL Keyunta Dawson and DL Lavar Edwards are also inactive for the Titans.
