Rebecca Artis closed with a 3-under 69 on Sunday to come from behind and win The Helsingborg Open.

Artis, who won for the first time on the Ladies European Tour, ended at 8- under-par 280 at Vasatorp Golf Club.

The Australian tripped to a bogey at the fifth, but rallied with four birdies in a 5-hole from the seventh to jump to 8-under. Artis birdied the 17th, but stumbled to a bogey at the last to hang on for the 1-shot win.

Third-round leader Caroline Hedwall stumbled to a 3-over 75 to end one back at minus-7. She had a double-bogey on the fifth, and bogeys at 10 and 11. Hedwall birdied the 17th, but parred the last to lose by one.

Valentine Derrey tripped to a 1-over 73 and ended alone in third at 5-under 283. Lee-Anne Pace was two strokes further back at minus-3 after a closing 75.
