The Phoenix Suns and Milwaukee Bucks are discussing a potential deal that would send Caron Butler to the Bucks, according to the Racine Journal Times.

The report claims the 6-foot-7 forward, who grew up near Milwaukee, is set to make $8 million next season, and the trade could include a combination of other players.

However, the Racine Journal Times reports no "frontline" Milwaukee players are involved in the talks.

The Clippers traded Butler to the Suns, along with Eric Bledsoe, this summer.

The three-team deal also sent Jared Dudley and J.J. Redick to Los Angeles.

Butler, 33, averaged 10.4 points and 2.9 rebounds for the Clippers last season.
