Jonas Gray rushed for two touchdowns and the Miami Dolphins dominated defensively en route to a 27-3 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars in a preseason clash from EverBank Field.

Dustin Keller accounted for Miami's other touchdown by hauling in a 22-yard pass from Ryan Tannehill that gave the Dolphins a 7-0 advantage late in the first quarter. Gray extended the lead to 14-0 with a 1-yard plunge in the second, a score set up by Nolan Carroll's interception of Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert, and added another 1-yard touchdown following a Jacksonville fumble deep in Dolphins' territory with under eight minutes left to play.

Tannehill operated Miami's first four offensive series and amassed 75 yards while completing 5-of-9 attempts in his second start of this preseason. The Dolphins opened the schedule with a 24-20 loss to Dallas in Sunday's Hall of Fame Game from Canton, OH.

Jacksonville mustered just 289 total yards and committed four turnovers in new head coach Gus Bradley's preseason debut.

Ex-Dolphin Chad Henne, competing with Gabbert for the Jaguars' starting quarterback job, hit on 8-of-11 passes for 87 yards and led the team's lone scoring drive, a 16-play, 75-yard march capped by Josh Scobee's 23-yard field goal in the second quarter.

Gabbert, meanwhile, managed a mere 19 yards on a 5-of-10 success rate while working the entire opening quarter. Jacksonville punted on his first three possessions at the helm, with the final one ending in Carroll's pick.
