The Portland Trail Blazers have reportedly signed guard Mo Williams to a two-year contract.

"Headed to Portland wheels uppppp!!!!!," Willams said via Twitter.

According to Yahoo! Sports, the deal is worth $5.6 million, with the second year being a player option.

Williams, 30, averaged 12.9 points and 6.2 assists in 46 games for the Jazz last season.

The 6-foot-1 guard has averaged 13.8 points and 5.0 assists per contest over 10 seasons with the Jazz (2003-04, 2012-13), Bucks (2004-08), Cavaliers (2008-11) and Clippers (2011-12). He was an All-Star in 2009.
