Hall of Fame defensive tackle Art Donovan passed away on Sunday from a respiratory ailment. He was 89 years old.
Donovan, who played from 1950-1961, spent nine of his 12 NFL seasons with the Baltimore Colts and was an integral member of the team's 1958 and 1959 back- to-back title runs.
A member of the 1950s All-Decade Team, Donovan had his No. 70 retired by the Colts and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1968.
