Reigning Most Improved Player Kristi Toliver of the Los Angeles Sparks, and teammate Nneka Ogwumike, the 2012 Rookie of the Year, headlined a list of 12 players named as reserves for the All-Star Game.

Connecticut will host the game on Saturday afternoon.

Other reserves for the Western Conference will be Tulsa's Glory Johnson and Minnesota's Rebekkah Brunson in the frontcourt, along with guards Lindsay Whalen of the Lynx and Danielle Robinson of the San Antonio Silver Stars.

The host team Connecticut Sun placed a pair of reserves on the East squad in guard Alison Hightower and center Tina Charles. Chicago's Sylvia Fowles and Washington's Crystal Langhorne are reserves in the frontcourt, while Ivory Latta of the Mystics and Shavonte Zellous of the Indiana Fever are All-Star reserves in the backcourt for the East.
