Lecce, Italy – Striker Fabrizio Miccoli has joined Lecce on a free transfer after being released by Palermo, it was announced Monday.
The 34-year-old spent six years at Palermo but did not have his contract renewed after the club was relegated at the conclusion of last season.
Miccoli has also played for Serie A sides Juventus and Fiorentina, as well as Benfica in Portugal.
