Chris Copeland is wasting no time getting to work with the Indiana Pacers.

The Pacers signed the forward to a two-year deal on Sunday. Copeland played overseas and in the NBA's Developmental League before playing his rookie season in the NBA with the New York Knicks as a 28-year-old. Indiana beat the Knicks in a seven-game series before falling to the eventual champion Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference finals last season.

Copeland averaged 8.7 points and 2.1 rebounds per game for the Knicks.

The Pacers are rebuilding their bench during the offseason. They signed point guard C.J. Watson last week.
