Toronto pitcher Steve Delabar and Atlanta first baseman Freddie Freeman are the early leaders in the Final Vote balloting for the last spots on the American and National League All-Star teams.
Delabar leads Boston's Koji Uehara, New York's David Robertson, Detroit's Joaquin Benoit and Texas' Tanner Scheppers in a close race as less than 600,000 votes separates first from fifth among the five American League pitchers.
Freeman is followed in the National League balloting by Dodgers rookie outfielder Yasiel Puig, San Francisco outfielder Hunter Pence, Washington shortstop Ian Desmond and Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez.
Online voting at MLB.com will continue through Thursday at 4 p.m. ET and the winners will be revealed later that day.
