The Denver Nuggets traded center Kosta Koufos to the Memphis Grizzlies for forward Darrell Arthur and the 55th overall pick in Thursday's NBA Draft, according to the Denver Post.
Koufos started 81 games for a 57-win Nuggets team last season and totaled 8.0 points and 6.9 rebounds per game. The 24-year-old Ohio State product has also played for the Jazz and Timberwolves in his five-year career.
Arthur, 25, has spent his entire career in Memphis after being taken with the 27th selection in the 2008 draft -- six picks after Koufos. A torn Achilles tendon caused him to miss the entire 2011-12 campaign, and he appeared in 59 games this season while logging 6.1 points and 2.9 rebounds.
Joffrey Lauvergne, from France, was the 55th overall pick in Thursday's draft.
