Warriors' Landry to opt out of final year

Golden State Warriors forward Carl Landry will become an unrestricted free agent after declining his player option for the 2013-14 season on Wednesday.

The 29-year-old played in 81 regular season games as well as 12 postseason contests for Golden State this past season after signing with the club back in August.

During his only campaign with the Warriors, he posted averages of 10.8 points and 6.0 rebounds off the bench.

The six-year veteran has also spent time with the Houston Rockets, Sacramento Kings and New Orleans Hornets. He holds career averages of 11.9 points and 5.3 rebounds per contests.
