Ivory Latta of the Washington Mystics and Rebekkah Brunson of the Minnesota Lynx were named the WNBA's Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for the period ending June 9.

Latta led the Mystics to two wins this past week following the passing of her grandfather. She had 17 points, seven rebounds and three assists in a 66-62 victory in Connecticut on June 7, then posted 24 points, five helpers and two boards in an 85-80 win against Minnesota the next night.

Brunson had four points and 10 rebounds in the Lynx's 99-79 victory over Phoenix on June 6, then pulled down 17 rebounds to go with 21 points in the team's loss to Washington.

Other players up for the award were Atlanta's Sancho Lyttle, Chicago's Elena Delle Donne and Connecticut's Tina Charles in the East, along with Los Angeles' Kristi Toliver and Lindsey Harding, San Antonio's Jia Perkins and Tulsa's Glory Johnson in the West.
