Corey Dick went 3-for-4 with a home run as the UNC-Wilmington Seahawks bested the Army Black Knights, 9-5, in the loser's bracket of the Charlottesville Regional.

Matt Keeler was also 3-for-4 in the contest for UNC-Wilimington (38-22) while also knocking in two runs. Tyler Molinaro also had a pair of RBI while going 2-for-5. Christian MacDonald got the win by pitching 1 1/3 innings of scoreless relief.

Army (29-23) was eliminated from the double-elimination regional with the loss which was put on Alex Robinett who allowed five runs on six hits in just 1 2/3 innings as the starter.

Led by a fine pitching performance from Scott Silverstein and the bullpen the top-seed Virginia Cavaliers dropped the Elon Phoenix, 2-0, in the winner's bracket of the regional.

Silverstein scattered six hits over six innings and also struck out six batters without allowing a run and Josh Sborz (one inning, zero runs) and Kyle Crockett (two innings, zero runs, three strikeouts) closed the door for Virginia (49-10).

Spencer Medick pitched a complete game for Elon (33-29) allowing nine hits and two runs to take the loss. Alex Swim went 3-for-4 but no Phoenix batter had an extra-base hit.

Elon will now face off with UNC-Wilmington in an elimination contest Sunday afternoon with a chance to play Virginia in the regional final on the line. Elon defeated the Seahawks 10-7 on Friday.
