The NHL awards will be revealed over a two-day span during the Stanley Cup Finals.

Prior to Game 2 of the NHL's championship series, five major awards -- the Hart Trophy as league MVP, Vezina Trophy as top goaltender, Norris Trophy as best defenseman, Calder Trophy as top rookie and the Ted Lindsay Award as the players' MVP -- will be announced during a one-hour broadcast on the NBC Sports Network and CBC.

The remaining awards, including Jack Adams Award as top coach, Selke Trophy as best defensive forward, Lady Byng Trophy for gentlemanly play and Masterton Trophy for perseverance and dedication to hockey, will be announced the day before Game 2 of the Cup Finals in a similar broadcast on the NHL Network.

After the lockout delayed the start and lengthened the 2012-13 season, the awards ceremony, usually held in a gala event, was scrapped. It is scheduled to return to Las Vegas in 2014.
