BUSY DAY — It will be a long, busy day today at Charlotte Motor Speedway, with both the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Camping World Truck Series taking to the 1.5-mile track. The Cup drivers will be practicing and qualifying for tomorrow night’s NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race, while the Truck Series has Happy Hour and qualifying in advance of tonight’s North Carolina Education Lottery 200.

Here’s SPEED’s TV schedule for activity at CMS today (all times ET):

• 10:30 a.m. — Truck Series Happy Hour

• Noon — Sprint Showdown practice

• 1:30 p.m. — Sprint All-Star Race practice

• 3 p.m. — Trackside

• 4 p.m. — Truck Series qualifying

• 5 p.m. — Sprint Showdown qualifying

• 6 p.m. — Sprint All-Star qualifying

• 7:30 p.m. — NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Setup

• 8 p.m. — Truck Series race
