Friendly Rivals? Browns trade fourth-round pick in draft to Steelers for 2014 pick

The Cleveland Browns traded their fourth-round pick in the NFL draft to the rival Pittsburgh Steelers for a third-round pick in 2014.

It's believed to be the first deal between the teams since 1968.

The Browns gave the Steelers the No. 111 overall pick, which Pittsburgh used to take Syracuse safety Shamarko Thomas. Cleveland originally had the 104th pick but swapped with Miami as part of a trade for slot wide receiver Davone Bess, who passed his physical on Saturday to finalize the deal.

Cleveland entered the final day of the draft with five picks.

The Browns have a fifth-round pick (No. 139), a sixth-rounder (No. 175) and two in the seventh round (Nos. 217 and 227).
