The Washington Redskins don't have a first-round pick in the NFL draft, and that's fine with them.

The trade that allowed the Redskins to select Robert Griffin III last year is considered well worth the price. Washington gave up its first-rounder this year and next, but Griffin led the team to its first division title in 13 years and was the league's offensive rookie of the year.

The Redskins are set to make their first pick this year at No. 51 overall in the second round. The roster needs upgrades, especially because of a salary cap penalty that limited the team's ability to sign free agents.

The top needs are at defensive back and right tackle.
