The Memphis Grizzlies agreed to terms with veteran forward Donte Greene on a multi-year contract prior to Wednesday's regular season finale against the Utah Jazz.

Greene has yet to play in the NBA this season after spending much of the campaign recovering from a fractured ankle he sustained during an offseason workout in August. The former first-round pick averaged 5.4 points and 2.5 rebounds over 53 games with Sacramento in 2011-12.

In 253 games spanning four seasons with the Kings, Greene averaged 6.1 points and 2.4 rebounds while shooting 40.6 percent from the field.

Greene was originally selected by Memphis with the 28th overall pick of the 2008 NBA draft, but had his rights traded to Sacramento that night as part of a three-team trade that landed current Grizzlie Darrell Arthur in Memphis.

The Grizzlies also signed center Willie Reed from Springfield of the NBADL. The 22-year-old ranked fifth in the D-League in blocks (83) while averaging 14.8 points and 7.8 rebounds for the Armor.
