The Miami Heat say LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Ray Allen won't play Friday night against the NBA-worst Charlotte Bobcats, but that Mario Chalmers has been upgraded to a game-time decision.

Chalmers participated in the team's Friday morning shoot-around practice.

The Heat can afford to rest their stars after locking up the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference.

Allen is the latest injury for Miami after tweaking his right ankle when he fell over a cameraman during the fourth quarter of Tuesday night's game against the Knicks.

James and Wade have missed the last two games, while Chalmers has sat out the last three.

James is battling tightness in his right hamstring. Wade is nursing several minor injuries in his leg and Chalmers is recovering from a sprained ankle.
