Edinburgh, Scotland – Inverness extended its unbeaten run in Scottish Premier League play with a 2-1 win over Hibernian at Easter Road on Saturday.
Following a scoreless first half, Ross Draper got the visitors off the mark three minutes after the restart, but his goal was canceled out by Hibernian's Leigh Griffiths in the 59th minute.
The two sides were not level for long as Andrew Shinnie struck in the 65th minute to see Inverness stay unbeaten for six league matches and improve to 50 points on the season.
That result leaves Inverness in third place as Motherwell maintained the second spot with a 3-0 victory over FC Dundee. Michael Higdon struck in the ninth minute while Nicky Law bagged a second-half brace to put the win beyond any doubt.
Also on Saturday, Niall McGinn scored twice in Aberdeen's 2-0 defeat of Hearts while Kilmarnock received an early goal from James Fowler to down Ross County by a 1-0 score.
