The New York Giants have re-signed offensive lineman Kevin Boothe.

Terms of the deal for the unrestricted free agent were not disclosed, but the Newark Star-Ledger reported it to be a one-year pact.

Boothe started all 16 games last season at left guard. He has spent the past six years with the Giants after playing his first NFL season with Oakland.

"I'm happy to be back," Boothe was quoted as saying on the team's website. "It's a great organization and a great team. I'm looking forward to this upcoming season."

Boothe has started 46 of the 89 games he has played in his NFL career.
