The Denver Broncos agreed to terms with free-agent guard Louis Vasquez on Tuesday.

Financial terms were not disclosed, but USA Today reports that it is a four- year deal worth $23.5 million with $13 million guaranteed.

"We've agreed to terms on a contract with guard Louis Vasquez," executive vice president of football operations John Elway announced on Twitter. "He is a big, powerful player who adds a physical presence to our OL."

Vasquez, a third-round pick in the 2009 NFL Draft, has played the past four seasons in San Diego, starting all 54 games he has played. The 25-year-old was considered one of the top guards available on the free-agent market.

He played in all 16 games last season, giving up just 22 quarterback disruptions on 584 pass blocking snaps according to the analysis website Pro Football Focus.
