Oklahoma makes all 34 free throws, tying NCAA mark, in 86-69 win over Iowa State

Romero Osby had 22 points and nine rebounds and Oklahoma tied the NCAA record for free throws without a miss in an 86-69 victory over Iowa State on Saturday.

Osby had 10 of the Sooners' 34 free throws — which matched Samford in 1990 for most in a game without missing at the foul line.

Sam Grooms had 19 points and six assists for Oklahoma (19-9, 10-6 Big 12), which never trailed on Saturday. Steven Pledger added 14 points, Amath M'Baye scored 11 and Andrew Fitzgerald had 10 points.

Oklahoma jumped to a 12-2 lead and shot 52 percent in the first half on the way to a 40-28 lead. They extended the lead to 26 at one point in the second half.

Tyrus McGee led Iowa State (19-10, 9-7) with 22 points. Babu Palo added 12 points and Melvin Ejim and Georges Niang scored 10 each for the Cyclones.
