Ramirez, a 22-year-old right-hander, made eight starts and eight appearances out of the bullpen for Seattle last year. He was 1-3 with a 3.36 ERA in his first taste of big league action.

Pryor made his major league debut last year and was 3-1 with a 3.91 ERA in 26 games.
