Saha completes Lazio move

Rome, Italy – Lazio confirmed on Wednesday the club has completed the signing of free agent striker Louis Saha.

Saha struggled during his time with Sunderland this season, making 14 goalless appearances in all competitions before being released by the Premiership club on transfer deadline day.

The 34-year-old former French international joins the Serie A side on a free transfer until the end of the season and will likely fill in for Miroslav Klose, who suffered a knee injury in Lazio's defeat to Genoa over the weekend and could miss up to two months of action.
