A day after claiming their highest ranking in the AP polls since 1960, the Hurricanes looked worthy of the top 10 nomination.

Kenny Kadji tallied 16 points with eight rebounds and No. 8 Miami-Florida stayed undefeated in conference play by downing Boston College, 72-50, at BankUnited Center on Tuesday.

Rion Brown knocked down five 3-pointers en route to 22 points off the bench for the Hurricanes (18-3, 9-0 ACC), who shot 11-for-22 from long distance as a team and played smothering defense in registering their 10th straight win.

Durand Scott and Shane Larkin added 11 and 10 points, respectively, in the victory.

Boston College (10-12, 2-7) was held to 37 percent shooting -- including a miserable 5-for-23 mark from three-point range -- in suffering its sixth defeat in seven games. Ryan Anderson finished with 14 points and 11 boards in the setback.
