San Antonio Spurs All-Star Tim Duncan suffered a sprained right ankle and a sprained left knee in the second quarter of Saturday's game against the Washington Wizards.

Duncan, who was ruled out for the second half, was hurt when Washington forward Martell Webster rolled onto the back of his knee as the two were battling for a rebound.

Duncan, who had missed the team's previous four games with a sore knee, was helped off the court by a pair of teammates before walking under his own power.

The Spurs beat the Wizards, 96-86, for their 10th straight victory.
