PSV Eindhoven stretched its lead at the top of the Eredivisie to four points on Saturday as the club rolled to a 7-0 home victory against mid-table Den Haag.

Georgino Wijnaldum helped PSV get off to a good start with his goal in the ninth minute, but it took until the 57th for the onslaught to begin.

Christian Supusepa's own goal put Den Haag in a 2-0 hole, and Dries Mertens scored the first of his two goals in the 64th to make it 3-0.

Jeremain Lens added a fourth goal two minutes later, while Jurgen Locadia, Mertens and Wijnaldum each added to the lead in the final 10 minutes to cap the rout.

AZ Alkmaar sustained a 1-0 home defeat against Groningen as Andraz Kirm scored the lone goal of the game and Viktor Elm received a red card in the 64th minute for AZ to damage any hope of a comeback.

NAC moved four points clear of the relegation zone with a 3-0 win over 10-man Zwolle as Nemanja Gudelj and Anouar Hadouir scored second-half goals for NAC after Jordy Buijs converted a 40th-minute penalty kick following a red card for Zwolle's Joost Broerse for a foul inside the area.

Saturday's other contest saw Roda come from two goals down at home in the second half to claim a 3-3 draw against Heracles as Christian Dorda's own goal in stoppage time rescued a point for the hosts.
