London, England – Queens Park Rangers confirmed on Wednesday the club has signed defender Yun Suk-Young from South Korean side Chunnam Dragons.
Yun makes the move to the Premier League on a 3 1/2 year deal and was a key member of the Korean Republic Olympic team that claimed the bronze medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
Yun becomes QPR's third signing of the January transfer window, joining striker Loic Remy and defender Tal Ben Haim at Loftus Road. He will be able to play for Harry Redknapp's side upon receipt of a work permit from the British government.
Yun figures to help Rangers keep the ball out of the back of the net as they try to stave off relegation, sitting at the bottom of the table on 16 points, four from safety.
