Manchester United reached an agreement to sign highly-touted winger Wilfried Zaha from Championship side Crystal Palace on Friday.

The 20-year-old, who earned his first international call-up for England in November, will finish the current campaign with Palace before moving to Manchester in July.

"Manchester United, Crystal Palace and Wilfried Zaha have reached an agreement for the player to join Manchester United in July 2013," United said in a statement on its official website. "The player is having a medical in Manchester today. There will be no further comment by any party until Wilfried joins United in July of 2013."

Zaha, who agreed to a new 5 1/2 year contract with United, has been with Crystal Palace since he was a youth player and has made 124 appearances and scored 15 goals, since his first-team debut in 2010.

Crystal Palace are fourth in the Championship, two points behind Leicester, who fill the last automatic promotion spot. Zaha figures to help them make a push to get back to England's top flight before moving to the Red Devils.

"I have been at Palace for more than 10 years," Zaha said. "I will always love the club and I want to help them get back to the Premier League, particularly for the fans who have always been so good to me."
