Lamont Jones scored 24 points and all five Iona starters scored in double figures in a 90-71 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference victory over Saint Peter's Friday night.

Sophomore guard Tavon Sledge handed out a career-high 10 assists and 13 points for the Gaels (13-7, 7-2), who shot 58.2 percent (32 of 55), including 63.2 percent (12 of 19) on 3-pointers.

David Laury also had a double-double, with 14 points and 10 rebounds, and Sean Armand and Tre Bowman scored 13 apiece as Iona avenged a 64-62 loss at Saint Peter's on Dec. 5.

That game was the only MAAC victory this season for the Peacocks (6-13, 1-8), who have lost seven in a row.

The Gaels outscored the Peacocks 13-3 over the final 4:42 of the first half to take a 42-29 lead.

Chris Burke had 18 points and 10 rebounds and Blaise Ffrench scored 14 points for Saint Peter's.
