Milwaukee Bucks guard Brandon Jennings and Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant have been named the Eastern and Western Conference players of the week, respectively, for games played between Jan. 7-13.

Jennings finished second among East players with a 24.5 points-per-game scoring average while leading the Bucks to a 3-1 record that included come- from-behind road victories over Chicago and Toronto. The fourth-year pro added 6.5 assists and four rebounds per game while shooting 48 percent from the field.

Durant, the league's third-leading scorer (28.6 ppg), captured Western Conference honors after averaging 32.5 points over four contests, three of which were Thunder wins. The three-time scoring champion netted at least 25 points in all four games along with averaging 6.8 rebounds and 5.5 assists.

Other nominees for the awards included Brooklyn's Deron Williams, Denver's Kenneth Faried, Indiana's David West, Portland's LaMarcus Aldridge and Orlando's Nikola Vucevic.
