The Denver Nuggets have won four in a row on three separate occasions this season and look to extend their recent winning streak to a season-best five straight Sunday versus the Golden State Warriors.

The Nuggets are 2-0 on a four-game homestand and made it four wins in a row with a 98-91 victory versus the Cleveland Cavaliers Friday night. Danilo Gallinari scored 23 points, Kosta Koufos tallied a career-high 21 points and Kenneth Faried had 17 points and 11 rebounds for the Nuggets, winners in 11 of their last 15 contests.

"It wasn't pretty, it was kind of ugly, but it's in the win column and we get to keep fighting for a couple more home games," Nuggets coach George Karl said.

Andre Iguodala posted a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds in a winning effort. Denver outscored Cleveland, 58-42, in the paint and got 13 points and eight assists from Ty Lawson. The Nuggets tied a season high with 22 turnovers, leading to 24 Cleveland points.

The Nuggets are unbeaten in their last three home games and sport a 13-2 record at the Pepsi Center this season. Denver will conclude its homestand Tuesday versus Portland.

Golden State aims to start another winning streak when it visits the Nuggets this evening. After losing back-to-back games against the Los Angeles Clippers and Memphis Grizzlies, the Warriors bounced back with Friday's 103-97 triumph versus the Portland Trail Blazers.

David Lee had 24 points and 10 rebounds, while Stephen Curry added 22 points and 12 assists for the Warriors, winners in five of their last seven games.

"I'm confident as long as we keep winning," Lee said following his 22nd double-double. "I'm happy to finally be on a winning team and that's the most important thing right now."

Klay Thompson and Carl Landry scored 16 and 15 points, respectively, in a winning cause. Golden State, which held on despite rookie and Oakland native Damian Lillard's career-high 37 points, avoided its first three-game slide of the season and will try to improve its 11-7 road ledger in the Rockies.

Back in December, the Warriors finished a season-long seven-game trek with a 6-1 record, the first time in history they've had a road trip with six wins.

Thompson has scored in double figures in 11 straight games, while Curry has hit the 20-point mark in 20 of his past 26 contests. The Warriors are 10-2 in games following a loss and 11-3 against teams with a winning record. They are 19-2 when leading at halftime and 20-1 when taking a lead into the fourth quarter.

Golden State is 1-2 against the Nuggets this season and the two teams will wrap up their season series Sunday. Denver is 13-5 in the last 18 meetings with the Warriors, who have lost eight of nine and 15 of their previous 17 trips to Colorado.
