Anthony Stitt scored 20 points and College of Charleston pulled away early in an 86-59 win over Chattanooga on Saturday.

Adjehi Baru scored 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds for the Cougars (11-5, 3-1 Southern Conference), who have won six of their last seven games. Willis Hall had 13 points and eight rebounds, and Anthony Thomas had 11 points and nine boards.

College of Charleston jumped out to a 20-2 lead when Hall knocked down a jumper with 11:43 left in the first half. The Cougars pushed their lead to 29 points on Hall's two free throws with 19 seconds left before halftime.

College of Charleston continued its surge in the second half, pulling ahead by 35 points — its largest of the game.

Andrew Lawrence had 10 assists and seven points for the Cougars. Trent Wiedeman scored 11 points.

Ronrico White finished with 10 points for Chattanooga (7-10, 2-2).
