Sir Alex Ferguson confirmed Friday that Nani and Anderson will return to the fold for Manchester United's Premier League match against Liverpool on Sunday.

Nani has been absent from United's squad since November with hamstring injury while Anderson has been out since December with a similar setback.

The United manager also revealed that Wayne Rooney will play no part in Sunday's clash despite being set to return to training.

"Nani is back training and Anderson has been back for 10 days. They will be in the squad," said Ferguson. "But Wayne is still out. He will start training today. He is not far away and should be available for the FA Cup replay with West Ham on Wednesday."
