The Philadelphia Eagles signed defensive end Everette Brown and cornerback Trevard Lindley to two-year contracts on Wednesday.

Brown has played in 31 career games (three starts) with the Carolina Panthers (2009-10) and San Diego Chargers (2011), recording 49 tackles, six sacks, three forced fumbles and one interception.

The Florida State product spent the 2012 offseason with the Detroit Lions, but was released as part of the team's final roster cutdown.

Lindley played in 11 games with the Eagles in 2010, recording 21 tackles and one interception. He was a fourth-round draft choice of Philadelphia in 2010.
