Brandon Perry scored a season-high 22 points on 7-of-8 shooting, and CS Northridge cruised to a 93-63 victory Tuesday night over NAIA opponent San Diego Christian.

Stephan Hicks added 14 points and 11 rebounds, and Trevone Williams had 13 points for the Matadors (8-3), who led 51-32 at halftime and kept stretching their advantage in the second half. The final score was Northridge's largest lead.

Kevin Dawson had 18 points and Patrick McBride scored 15 for the Hawks, who treated the game as an exhibition on their schedule.

Northridge, which came in ranked 11th in the nation in free-throw percentage (78.8 percent), was just 22 of 33 from the line Tuesday but shot 53 percent from the floor and outrebounded the Hawks 49-32. The Matadors scored 27 points off 19 Hawks turnovers.

CS Northridge beat San Diego Christian 95-68 last season in the only other meeting between the schools.
